Taking after her mother, Anne has perfected the art of culinary preparations transmitted from generation to generation. She is also a remarkable pastry chef. Having grown up in Nice, she naturally familiarized herself with the refined cuisine of Nice, Piedmont and Provence… with the help of renowned chefs in the area.

From her travels around the world, she has brought back a great taste for spices. She composes her menus according to her guests’ wishes: Lamb with honey and pine nuts, veal tajine with purple artichokes, Alsacian Baeckeofe, Osso-buco Milanese… She seizes every opportunity: Christenings, weddings, romantic dates or country Sundays among friends.
